Ken is the founder and Managing Director of The Stevens Group, a retained executive search and management consulting firm with global reach and a reputation for attracting outstanding leaders on behalf of its clients as well as providing a broad range of management advisory services. Since its beginning, the firm has partnered with clients to help them build develop, and enable organizational effectiveness through placement of executives, a diverse range of key professionals and organizational development consulting.

As a result of 25 years of corporate experience prior to founding The Stevens Group, his consulting experience is underpinned by both breadth and depth of understanding with respect to the needs of large, complex organizations as well as those experiencing rapid growth and change.
Ken is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.A., Sociology and has attended various university executive programs including University of Michigan 's Advanced Professional Development for Human Resource Executives.
His professional affiliations have included membership in the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
Keith has 14 years professional recruiting experience working with Executive Management on staffing solutions across all job functions in Commercial Real Estate, Banking & Financial Services, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Prior to his Partnership with The Stevens Group, Keith was Vice President, Talent Acquisition with Washington Mutual (Specialty Finance Group).
Before WaMu, Keith was the National Director of Recruiting for Archon Group, the Real Estate Asset Management Division of Goldman Sachs, headquartered in Irving, TX. During his tenure Keith was responsible for the recruitment of over 400 real estate professionals nationwide.
Prior to Archon, Keith spent 6 years in Corporate Recruiting at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. the world's leading ophthalmic products company, responsible for scientific and operations management staffing.
His recruiting career began with Austin McGregor International, a leading retained search firm in Dallas.
Keith received a BS degree from Texas Christian University , Ft Worth. He is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, a member of the HR steering committee of NAREIM, involved with the North Texas Technology Initiative, and is a volunteer at Wings of Hope, a children's Equitherapy riding center in Ft Worth.

Dan F. Srba - Partner
With more than ten years experience in the executive search profession, Dan has participated in search assignments for clients in the financial services, real estate, technology, telecommunications, consumer products, healthcare and professional services industries. Well versed in the entire search process, he has experience in developing search strategy, research, candidate development, client management, and business development. Additionally, Dan has experience conducting other competitive intelligence projects including compensation studies, proactive research and organizational structures.
Dan began his executive search career with Ray & Berndtson, one of the largest international executive search firms. After joining the firm as a research analyst in their corporate offices, he subsequently directed the financial services research group for three years before transferring to the firm's Atlanta office in the role of a consultant. A year later, he was recognized for execution capabilities and was promoted to Principal.
Concentrating on financial and professional services firms, Dan has participated in hundreds of executive searches throughout the country and in a variety of international locations. He has successfully completed search assignments for numerous senior level general management and specialist positions in corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, consumer finance, commercial and personal banking, real estate, construction, portfolio management, research, financial strategies, product development, cash management, sales and trading, derivative products, market risk management and asset/liability management.
Dan has also conducted a number of assignments across other industries to include sales and marketing, strategy, accounting, tax, audit, operations, technology and human resources.
Before joining Ray & Berndtson, Dan was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch and an analyst with Dun & Bradstreet. His earlier career included the position of analyst/auditor with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
Dan attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he received a BS degree in marketing and an MBA in finance. He resides in Fort Worth, TX.

Brian K. Stevens - Director

He has been employed as senior researcher by retained search firms and large research organizations and as an independent contract researcher-recruiter.
