Search Fees

Our Fee payment schedule consists of the first non-refundable third at search initiation (when the agreement is signed) and the second third at the beginning of the second month by which time benchmark candidates are developed and introduced to the client. The final third is payable at the beginning of the third month, when the candidate of choice is selected and accepts the offer or when the client agrees that the search is completed, whichever comes first.
