In order to cover unforeseen risks and to protect our clients and The Stevens Group from same, we maintain a General Commercial Liability policy with coverage of $1 million per occurrence along with Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) with coverage of up to $5 million dollars per occurrence. Our E&O policy includes both Management Consulting and Executive Search riders.

Also, should the professional we place in your organization leave for any reason within the first six (6) months from his or her first day of employment, we will perform another search to replace the person for our direct expenses only (including research) or, will credit the fee towards another search for another position.
